UNITI expo première: eurodata presents new task management in edtime

From 19 to 21 May 2026, the European service station and car wash industry will be meeting up at UNITI expo at the trade fair venue Messe Stuttgart. eurodata will have a stand in Hall 5 (5C32) and will be presenting its current portfolio for the digitalisation of the filling-station business. The focus this year will be on the new task management in edtime.

The eurodata portfolio covers all the main business processes in filling station operation: the filling station analysis system edtas; edarchiv, the archiving solution for POS data and e-invoicing; edoil, the ERP solution for SMEs; and HR solutions such as edtime for the mobile recording of time worked with staff deployment planning. The high degree of integration on these applications gives filling station operators and lessees appreciable advantages because it enables automated data communication between the individual solutions. That renders many of the manual entries that had to be made previously obsolete. Apart from that, filling station staff save time and make fewer mistakes.

This year’s trade fair appearance focuses mainly on task management in edtime. It offers a wide range of functions for the organisation and administration of tasks. Recurring jobs can be packaged together in a well-structured way and made available specifically to individual staff members, teams or stations. That affords more transparency and ensures that no tasks are overlooked. The task management is complemented by an integrated communication tool which makes the exchange of information among staff members, lessees, operators and payroll accounting much simpler and speeds it up as well. Like this, task management is becoming a digitalisation driver for the filling station business. eurodata will be showing exactly how that works at UNITI expo.
