eurodata, a provider of software solutions and smart services, has now acquired a majority share in gusti software, a service provider for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
eurodata is thus increasing its market presence in The Netherlands and underlining its expertise in the field of smart services.
gusti software provides services for all aspects of EDI. These systems make the electronic interchange of company information possible by transforming data into a clearer form and readable file. In the previous gusti software service portfolio, however, there was no possibility to evaluate data. eurodata’s edbic platform provides a solution which does just that, so that customers are in a position to implement more complex integration solutions by means of smart services. edbic not only brings the data together in a clear structure, but also supplements them and offers the possibility of monitoring the entire process on which this business model is based.
Fred van Scheppingen, managing director of gusti software, says: “This majority acquisition on the part of eurodata means that the focus in our work will be shifting from the development of commercial solutions to their implementation. Via this extension with edbic, gusti software customers can put their data to even more uses.
