Tankstelle & Mittelstand ’25: solutions for the digitalisation of filling station management

At this year’s Tankstelle & Mittelstand, due to take place in Essen from 21-22 May 2025, the eurodata-Group will be represented once again. eurodata’s  appearance at the fair will focus on data integration and process automation.

Tankstelle & Mittelstand is Germany’s oldest trade fair centering around the world of the filling station. Since as long ago as 1983, this sector-specific event, which occupies itself with the fuel and forecourt business, commercial carwashes, shop facilities and the business management background of the filling station industry, has taken place every two years.

The appearance of the eurodata-Group this year is about the ongoing digitalisation of the filling station business. Operators of individual filling stations and networks can benefit from the expertise and the various highly integrative solutions of the eurodata-Group. From planning to analysis – these solutions support a wide range of automation for administrative processes such as the recording of time worked, personnel deployment planning, payroll accounting and the issue of digital invoices, but also for the basic management of the filling station business, for example with the controlling system edtas.

edoil, in turn, enables flexible business planning of the kind that permits petroleum companies to react to altered framework conditions and adapt individual actions. eurodata provides versatile, attractive solutions, so that both individual venues and whole filling station networks can be planned and managed in a way that caters to the demand.

eurodata’s subsidiary compacer rounds off the portfolio with its central data hub edbic and thus supports enterprises in the digitalisation and automation of business-critical processes. compacer and its partner AEP stand for ESG reporting solutions that are sustainable and fit for the future.

Stefan Freihöfer, head of software solutions for filling stations, says: “Like the economy as a whole, filling stations are being put under pressure by dynamic changes in the economic framework conditions. If we are to act with circumspection on the one hand and success on the other in these turbulent times, care must be taken to ensure a maximum of transparency and the best possible process automation. We help our customers to do that with the solutions we offer and the many years of experience we have.”
