The Challenge
\n<\/strong>On several occasions, discrepancies arose when verifying working hours of BONUS Markt\u2019s employees, which traditionally have been recorded in writing. Furthermore, assuring compliance with legal requirements was deemed extremely time-consuming.

The Solution
\n<\/strong>The non-profit BONUS gGmbH needed a flexible solution to improve their controlling and management of working hours. Since the company is a not-for-profit business, any solution had to meet a tight budget.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Result
\n<\/strong>By introducing\u00a0edtime<\/strong>, the company has been able to greatly simplify the recording of working hours and additionally can now effortlessly assure compliance with customs regulations and German Minimum Wage Law\u00a0(MiLoG)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 it even gained the ability to preventively counteract emerging conflicts.<\/p>\n
