Exchanging documents between affiliated companies, but also with all of their vendors and suppliers, is an effort, cost and time factor not to be underestimated. Our client challenged us with integrating the entire business process chain and setting up a common web portal.
The solution: Deploying process automation in the areas of order, order confirmation, delivery notice, invoice and payment receipt management.
The goal: Improving contractual conditions and framework agreements with suppliers and improving communication with vendors, including a coherent archival of all documents and data.
The result: Better purchasing conditions with suppliers and a significant reduction of administration and onboarding costs.
