Experience report on BONUS Markt
On several occasions, discrepancies arose when verifying working hours of BONUS Markt’s employees, which traditionally have been recorded in writing. Furthermore, assuring compliance with legal requirements was deemed extremely time-consuming.
The non-profit BONUS gGmbH needed a flexible solution to improve their controlling and management of working hours. Since the company is a not-for-profit business, any solution had to meet a tight budget.
By introducing edtime, the company has been able to greatly simplify the recording of working hours and additionally can now effortlessly assure compliance with customs regulations and German Minimum Wage Law (MiLoG) – it even gained the ability to preventively counteract emerging conflicts.
