Mit der neuen Wissensdatenbank bietet eurodata im Kommunikations- und Auswertungsportal edcloud eine Hilfe, die sowohl für Kanzleimitarbeiter als auch für Mandanten online zugänglich ist.

Aufgerufen wird sie einfach über einen Klick in der Kopfzeile der Anwendung und beantwortet viele Fragen rund um den Austausch von Dokumenten und Nachrichten mit der Steuerkanzlei, wie auch Fragen zur Mandantenanlage und vieles mehr. Darüber hinaus bietet sie auch Informationen zu Updates und Neuerungen.

Die Wissensdatenbank wird sukzessive erweitert.
